 Terms and Conditions are also known as Terms of Service or Terms of Use. All memberships are revocable at any time at Humdinger Brewing DBA (HB) or All Grain Brewing Group LLC (AGBG) discretion. All memberships are for a term of 1 year starting January 1st - December 31st of promoted year. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable without consent and approval by HB/AGBG.  HB/AGBG reserves the right to change terms and benefits of the club at any time. Bar staff reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason regardless of membership. Membership does not give patron rights to areas of the brewery outside of the normal service area for all patrons.

The Voyager Applicant "First Party," agrees to enter into this contract with Humdinger Brewing., known as "Second Party" on the contract submission date (contract must be received within the months of October to December of year previous to term of promoted membership year). Contract must be turned in before you can receive benefits or products.

This Voyager Club agreement is based on the following provisions:

1. First Party is 21 or over with valid ID

2. First Party pays $249 + tax

3. First Party receives a single membership to Humdinger Brewing Voyager Club, which includes half (1/2) off all beer prices listed for consumption on premise, excludes packaged beer, and food.

4. First Party receives 1/2 off beer prices for all days of normal operation for each day of promoted membership year during open times and days.

5. Daily allotments must be used in the day they are allotted.

Below are the Voyager Club membership details:

• 1/2 off all beers for the full year of promoted year for anyone in your party! (Limit 6 per day)
• Stainless steel ID card - Must be present to receive benefits
• Exclusive special edition shirt
• 20% off Merchandise
• Advanced access to releases
• Annual private party for members (maybe more)
• Option to purchase Brewer's shirt and yearly patches
• Newsletter
• Special Offers
• Single membership

• Stainless steel ID card must be presented with matching legal ID and can be used at all Humdinger Brewing locations: Arroyo Grande Village, San Luis Obispo Taproom.

• Voyager Club card can be used any day that Humdinger Brewing is open during the regularly posted hours unless Humdinger Brewing establishes restrictions during special events.

• Voyager Club card use subject to core beer board availability and Humdinger Brewing discretion on special release beer. Special release beer: limited availability small batch beer ie sours, fruited beers, collaborations, etc. Card may not be used on guest taps.

• Voyager Club members may have advance access privileges enabling them to pick up 1 special release 4pk or 1 large format single beer on the day prior to the public release. Members are limited to redeeming benefits for 1 special release 4pk or 1 large format single beer in advance on a first come first serve basis while supplies last. Members must return for the official public release to purchase additional 4pks or large format single beers. Members will be notified via social media or email if a special release is available for advanced purchase.

• Voyager Club card may only be used for beers consumed on site, for member and members party. Limit 6 beers for total party per day, Voyager Club member must be the responsible payer of tab.

• Voyager Club card can only be used by member or their designated alternate for the year (ID and Voyager Club card required at time of use).

• Voyager Club memberships cannot be refunded, re-sold or transferred to any other individual.

• Voyager Club cards, damaged, or destroyed are the sole responsibility of the Voyager Club member.

• Voyager Club membership begins January 1, of promoted year and ends December 31, of promoted year. This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of California. In submitting membership application online, First Party agrees to terms of the Voyager Club contract with Second Party. 

The Can Crusher Applicant "First Party," agrees to enter into this contract with Humdinger Brewing., known as "Second Party" on the contract submission date  (contract must be received within the months of October to December of year previous to term of promoted membership year). Contract must be turned in before you can receive benefits or products.

This Can Crusher Club agreement is based on the following provisions:

1. First Party is 21 or over with valid ID

2. First Party pays $449 + tax

3. First Party receives a single membership to Humdinger Brewing Can Crusher Club, which includes 3 - 32oz. crowlers per week

4.  First Party receives 3 crowlers (totaling 96 oz) per week for each week of promoted year during open times and days.

5.  Weekly benefits must be used in the week they are allotted.

Below are the Can Crusher Club membership details: 

• 3 crowlers of beer per week for full year of promoted membership
• Stainless steel ID card - Must be present to receive benefits
• Exclusive special edition shirt
• 20% off Merchandise
• Advanced access to releases
• Annual private party for members (maybe more)
• Newsletter
• Special Offers
• Single membership
• Option to purchase Voyager package at 25% off

The  Growler Monkey  Applicant "First Party," agrees to enter into this contract with Humdinger Brewing., known as "Second Party" on the contract submission date  (contract must be received within the months of October to December of year previous to term of promoted membership year). Contract must be turned in before you can receive benefits or products.

This  Growler Monkey Club agreement is based on the following provisions:

1. First Party is 21 or over with valid ID

2. First Party pays $599 + tax

3. First Party receives a single membership to Humdinger Brewing Growler Monkey Club, which includes 1 exclusive special edition 64 oz. vacuum insulated growler

4. First Party receives 2 growler fills (totaling 128 oz) per week for each week of promoted year during open times and days.

5. Weekly benefits must be used in the week they are allotted.

Below are the Growler Monkey Club membership details:  

• 2 growler fills of beer per week for full year of promoted membership
• Exclusive special edition 64 oz. vacuum insulated growler
• Exclusive special edition shirt
• Advanced access to releases
• Annual private party for members (maybe more)
• Newsletter
• Special Offers
• Single membership
• Option to purchase Voyager package at 25% off

• Exclusive special edition 64 oz. vacuum insulated growler must be presented with legal ID matching member on file and can be used at all Humdinger Brewing locations: Arroyo Grande Village, San Luis Obispo Taproom.

• Growler Monkey Club growler can be used any day that Humdinger Brewing is open during the regularly posted hours unless Humdinger Brewing establishes restrictions during special events.

• Growler Monkey Club growler use subject to core beer board availability and Humdinger Brewing discretion on special release beer. Special release beer: limited availability small batch beer ie sours, fruited beers, collaborations, etc. Growler may not be filled with guest taps.

 • Growlers can only be filled using the exclusive special edition 64 oz. vacuum insulated growler issued to member. No other outside growlers or Humdinger Brewing growlers can be substituted for the exclusive special edition 64 oz. vacuum insulated growler. 

• Growler Monkey Club card can only be used by member or their designated (21 year old+) alternate for the year (ID and Growler Monkey Club growler required at time of fill).

• Growler Monkey Club memberships cannot be refunded, re-sold or transferred to any other individual.

• Growler Monkey Club growlers, damaged, or destroyed are the sole responsibility of the Growler Monkey Club member.
